National Oilwell Varco Downhole Project

We have completed a Cantilever & Selective Pallet Racks project for National Oilwell Varco Downhole in Singapore. This project involved setting up selective pallet racks and extra heavy duty cantilever racks in a few areas for the client's drill hole & pipes storage. The cantilever racks are designed to withstand 3000kg loads per hanging arm and must be durable & be installed for exterior usage. Therefore, we proposed the system with full hot dipped galvanised coating. The selective pallet racks & cantilever racks are all labeled with SWL (Safe Working Load) signage. We, as a responsible supplier of storage system, supply all racking products with design specification, load certification & safety endorsement to comply with the Singapore Workplace Health & Safety regulations.

Warehouse Storage System Extension for Grandluxe

An extension of existing warehouse storage racking system was completed for Grandluxe in Singapore.
We have expanded the pallet racks for the remaining of warehouse area for the client plus relocation of existing pallet racks, long span shelving systems to a new designated areas.
New BIZ Series boltless shelving also being installed at the mezzanine floor to increase & optimize the total storage capacity in the warehouse.

Changi Airport Project at Terminal 3

Changi Airport Terminal 3 - A storage warehouse with a combination of Heavy Duty Shelving (HDS Series) with Galvanized Steel Grating Decks, Light Duty Full Metal Plank Boltless Shelving (MPS Series) & a row of Medium Duty Cantilevel Rack had been installed near the airport T3 runway area.

Mobile Compactor Installation in Resort World at Sentosa Project

Our company had just completed a project at Resort World at Sentosa.
Here are some pictures taken at site that we would like to share with you. The photos show a store at the Hard Rock Hotel Main Kitchen Warehouse with a  3 meter Ht mobile mechanical compactor (M3000 Series) shelving system. The load capacity per level is 250kg specially catered for their dry stuff storage purposes.
Beside compactors, we had installed Stainless Steel SS-304 Tubular Wire Shelvings (TWS-SS Series) in their 60 kitchens' freezers & chillers located at 4 hotels & casino, and Long Span (LSP-M Series) & Boltless Shelvings (BIZ & IND Series) thru out their Universal Studio Park's stores & offices.
